Happy Ever After (Bride Quartet, #4) - Nora Roberts
I seriously enjoyed Parker's installment of the bride quartet, just as I have the other three. There's always a little something in there to make me love them and their SO. Parker, though, I adored. Maybe because I identified with her sometimes (good old-fashioned narcssism goin' ohere lol), maybe for the times when I didn't, and maybe for the moments when I truly admired her. It took some getting used to Mal, but seeing their relationship blossom and, ultimately, thrive has added possibilities to my limited open-mindedness when I imagine my future. When Parker took the leap, I was right there with her, terrified as can be because it was unexpected, but learned to relish it just as she did.
